Using the chat rooms
UKChatBox rooms run on Discord and on the irc4fun.net IRC network. You must follow our community rules as well as the terms of Discord and irc4fun.net, including any minimum age they set.
Your messages
You're responsible for what you post. Messages are public to everyone in the room and are copied between Discord and IRC by our bridge. Don't post anything you wouldn't want others to see.
Moderation
Moderators can remove messages and warn, mute, kick or ban anyone who breaks the rules, at their discretion. We may change or close rooms at any time.
Other people's content
Views shared in the chat belong to the people who post them, not to UKChatBox. Links posted by members aren't checked or endorsed by us — use your own judgement.
No guarantees
UKChatBox is a free community. We do our best to keep it running and friendly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
